EULA - End User License Agreement

JPEG Tag Editor - End User License Agreement (EULA)

This license agreement ("License") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or
single entity) and Mwisoft Inc.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE:
You may distribute copies of the Evaluation version of the software freely to other users,
provided that any copy must contain the original, unaltered files and proprietary
notices.This Evaluation Version of this software shall not be sold, re-sold, or offered for
sale.

2.NO WARRANTY:
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS". NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE AS
TO IT OR ANY MEDIUM IT MAY BE ON. MWISOFT WILL PROVIDE NO REMEDY FOR INDIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM IT, INCLUDING SUCH FROM
NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONTRACT, EVEN AFTER NOTICE OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

3.BREACH OF AGREEMENT:
Without prejudice to any other rights, MWISOFT may cancel this EULA if you do not abide by
the terms and conditions of this EULA,in which case you must destroy all copies of the
Product and all of its component parts.
